How much Tribulus should I be taking

I purchased some 625mg Tribulus. I did some research, some say it works others say it doesn't. I figured for 9 bucks it would be worth a try. How many Mg's should I be taking daily and should this be cycled?

I wouldnt call it a silly question. Do you feel trib has an effect on testosterone production?

From what ive read, it significantly increase test production in rats, but has no real affect when tested on humans. Have I missed something?

that was not your original question, you asked if "I was a fan of trib", would I sell something that I thought had no benefit?

it most definitely increases libido, there is no science available to explain how this happens, but it does.

if you need science to back up every supplement you take than I don't recommend you take a product like Tribulus.
