i dont know what you are looking for exactly, but i would focus on education. the product you just took wasnt very good, and you are taking NO and glutamine which are really not necessary.

post workout you want carbs and protein, and during workout amino acids are a good idea.

its an excellent product, but i'd rather see you get the other areas in order, and then in a few months give it a shot.

You have some pretty decent lifts for your age.

As for supplements, stick to a multi-vitamin, protien powder, & maybe regular creatine mono. Any extra cash leftover go buy some lean beef and makes some burgers with it, haha (actually i'm serious!)

at your age stick with the basics I recomend scivation xtend and dose it heavy , if u are absolutely dead set on adding something maybe look into Arachacadonic Acid products like I-force max out I've heard only good things about it-good luck with your goals

I'm 19 years old 6 foot 182lbs. and have only takin creatine and my lifts:
Bench: 285
Squat: 385
Clean: 265

I think you need to just keep at it and eat right. I myself have seem to hit a plateau at these numbers though, and im trying to compare Fina Flex 550 vs. H-drol vs. 1-Andro rx anyone got any experience or knowledge let me know

at 18 years old you don't need a test booster your natural levels at that age are at their peek it is a waste of money for you IMO

I second this as well as adding in bcaa's, at 18 thats all you need. I was pretty big at 18 and thats all I took ask me for a pic

keep it simple you don't need pro hormone products or test boosters at your age.

stick to protein
glutamine
BCAA
multivitamin
possibly creatine

and you can throw in EFA's, and maybe a nitric oxide booster or something like that.

it really depends on what your goals are

sports? football? strength? size?
