Soy Protein- Best Brands
I can't have Whey,(extremely lactose intolerant)
Looking for some great Soy Protein products. Prefarably a weight loss blend with fiber and my daily mineral values. Thanks. |

Why don't you ask a doc to suggest you because as per my knowledge Soy promotes increased production of estrogen... one doc told me that its even given to women who have reached menopause... so i dont think increased estrogen would be good for you... try consulting a doc and ask if you could take some digestive enzymes with whey protein

Why not buy whey protein that is 100% whey isolate, not the one that is mixed with whey isolate and whey concentrate. Pure whey isolate doesn't have lactose only whey concentrates have it.

I am lactose intolerant and I have used Isopure for years. Check it out, great mixability and v ery good flavors IMO!!!

Buy Isolate, like 1000 times better than soy.

universal nutrition and optimum nutrition both make soy protein.
i have never tried soy protein myself but heard these are two of the better ones. |
