Need Suggestions... Plzz
Hey guyz,
I wanted to get into modelling, so got muscular with moderate size and 6 packs... i have a lean structure and iam a hardgainer already... iam lifting from past 4 years... didnt get much work in modelling and iam fedup of being lean... i have planned to bulk up in winters and have planned to go for a custom stack and asking for suggestions about how the stack is and if there is any better and economical option.... so here is my stack 1) 1 scoop ON Pro complex with oatmeal in the Morning 2) After an hour or so.. Animal Pack with breakfast 3) Then Office Time 4) Universal Shock Therapy while leaving from office ie before hitting the gym 5) Gaspari SizeOn during workout (50 minutes workout) 6) Another scoop of Pro Complex 7) One Fish Oil Softgel after dinner I hope it works..... |

If the only change that you are doing is adding those supplements, you aren't going to gain size. To put on weight properly, you're diet needs to be in order. Check out the Diet and Nutrition section.
Additionally, why only 1 fish oil softgel? You want to be taking in 3g of EPA/DHA. That means you should be taking 10 daily [Note: for most companies, each capsule contains 300mg. Taking 10 of those would give you the 3g you need. Check the label for information on the EPA/DHA content per capsule.] You can likely save money by just buying regular creatine monohydrate or ethyl ester instead of the SizeOn. Instead of drinking calories, you might find it more satiating to eat actual food. Take a multivitamin too. |

Even i have this doubt of choosing CEE over SizeOn cz its cheaper. Is CEE really effective?? and dont worry i'll and i do take good care of my diet,workout and sleep.... so my main concern at the moment is choosing the right supplements

There is proven evidence of the benefits of creatine monohydrate. The benefits of CEE are more anecdotal. However, CEE does work, the question that is debated is whether or not it is better than mono. Some people feel that CEE provides a greater benefit as well as reducing gastrointestinal issues. I use mono and i'm fine with it.

Once i checked out with a supplement store here in India, they had MegaPro CEE Capsules.... now as per my knowledge caps arent that good as compared to powder right? have any suggestions about the CEE powder product i could buy.... the caps were pretty cheap though.
And can i have CEE during workout or it should be take pre workout... AND MOST IMPORTANT: I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR OPINIONS :-) |

yourfitness, we need to see your diet & workout routine to give you better advice.
Get youself a fitday account n log your food, come back & post the numbers. Like m11 said only suups are not going to help you gain. What are your current body stats? Well right now iam in office so cant do the fitday account thing or my HOMEWORK :-p but yes i'll tell my stats ( hope it doesnt make u laugh :-p)
