I bought Inositol 100ct at GNC for $10, I though that was a pretty good deal. Otherwise I don't spend money at that place.

That's a bold statement! I take B-Complex regularly and occasionally will supplement in Inositol. I do notice a difference when taking B-Complex as in my mood fluctuations and digestive tolerances, those seem to be amplified when taking Inositol. Could it be mere placebo, yeah it could be but then again who knows for sure. I know though, coming from you, the advice could be nothing but "spot-on"!

nahh....most of it is all sarcastic remarks...check out my first reply on page one of the thread. One thing I am very proud of is that I get kicked out of most gopro discussions...why is beyond me

but seriously, from what I have read, inositol works if you take mass quantities of it. If the reason you are taking it is because you want to delay momentary muscular failure, take a caffiene pill (or drink coffee), to do the same damn thing.

As far as the lactose problem...You can try lactaid, but you may end up just avoiding whey products that don't remove the lactose from them (like Isopure). Lactaid costs can add up long term. I also developed my lactose problem around the age of 25-26 so no, you aren't always born with it. You can always test by eating certain foods on a completely empty stomach...yogurt and ice cream are sure fire triggers for me. Just make sure you don't hop in the car and drive somewhere after consuming them...just in case!
