i would never shop at gnc. they are probably the most expensive place to buy supplements.

Anyways I liked it, but I tried it with low fat milk, not in water.
In my experience whey (Chocolate one's) taste much much better in low fat milk than in water.

I fart with carbs too.... but I really don't think I am lactose intolerant....been having milk since was a kid.

I know the tests for lactose intolerance........there are 3 main tests,
Breath Analysis (to detect methane & hydrogen) Stool Acidity  Intestinal Biopsy  I am not gonna do any of them till I really think, i'll do some self observation.....don't want to rush such things.
