Beta Alanine/Creatine for Women?
Any opinions on the benefits of Beta Alanine and creatine for females? My wife is an avid runner and looking to boost her performance and at 46 years old, probably is ready.
She just started using DHEA so any opinions? |

Creatine might help her on the hills, and certainly will help her with her heavy squats (which she really should be doing a few times a week to maintain muscle mass for her endurance work). It won't help with overall endurance.
BA might - I seem to recall seeing something on its effect on endurance work. Neither of these supplements is sex-specific. The only question is that of training type.
Wondering where to start? Confused? This will get you started.
