Here they are with ranges:
FSH-2.1 1.4-18.1
LH -2.1 1.0-12.0
Free T4-1.0 0.8-1.7
Cortisol-11.0 8.0-25.0
Prolactin-6 2-18
TSH-1.74 0.10-5.5
Testosterone Ultrasensative- 345 250-1100
T Free- 53.3 35.0-155.0

The ongoing struggle continues. Im 49, in shape, nutritionally sound, but feeling the effects of low T for the last 3 years. Total T usually around 345, but finally met with endo and he ordered additional tests. I don't know how to interpret these results, any input would be appreciated.

you're low on lh/fsh/free and total T, not super low but low enough to feel it most likely. I would get prescribed TRT if you can personally

LH is low. Try clomid 25mg per day and retest in 6 weeks.

I just read that article on clomid....Never heard of just taking that by itself and wonder where it will be after stoping. Guess theres only one way to tell!!
I'd imagine the effect only lasts as long as you're on the clomid, after that it'll return to your natural levels. I THINK clomid is fairly safe for longterm use but not 100%, you could also try biweekly hcg shots rather than test, but IMO you're just delaying the inevitable. You will most likely need TRT in the near future, I don't think hcg or clomid can really replace that.

That could very well be the case but its worth finding out for sure. I will be happy if it comes up for a while, and definitely not if it crashes back down and leaves me in the doldrums again...but in the meantime I will continue to educate myself.
