Newbie!

Im new to the forum and read the first thread in this topic. When I initially found this site I was hoping to get info about an injury I aquired in a bad car wreck when I was 15 that left me with third degree friction burn on my chest from the seatbelt, along with many injuries to my muscles on the left side of my body including the shoulder, cuff, trap, and rhomboid. However I am very delighted to discover all the useful info this site has to offer on overall health pertaining to diet and exercise! Thanks...
