    Question Just starting out- need advice






    Hey

    Went through a stressful time and lost about 10 lbs in a couple months, I am 110 lbs 5'4 " now I have some loose skin on my thighs, ass and arms, I need to build muscle and tone all this up---Have a gym where I live with weights, treadmill, all of that, just need to know how to start out, reps, etc.
