I just wanted to post my new workout nutrition set up for critique and/or ideas for anyone who is looking for something to try.
15-30 minutes pre workout--25g whey isolate, 40-80g dextrose (still playing with that one), 5g creatine, 3g beta-alanine
During workout--15g PeptoPro (hydrolyzed caseinate)
30-45 minutes post workout--50g whey blend, 3g beta-alanine
I am going to try this for at least a couple of weeks, and I will report back in this thread if I notice any differences using this protocol. Feel free to steal it and try it for yourself, I am here to share
