I don't know if this is the right forum, but I wasn't sure where else to post...
It's also a weird question. Don't poke me. (I'm sore/chest day today.)
Is it possible to grow in height while working out regularly? Lately, I've noticed that I am looking down on people that I never used to. Is it an ego thing, a stature thing, or can someone actually grow in height?
Those who trumpet their sufferings are most deserving of misery.
Believe it or not, working out can improve one thing that will give you a taller look...your posture! Building the muscles that cause you to stand straighter can give one the illusion of increased height. As for actually growing, I highly doubt it.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.
The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
