Do I have to remind the alarmists that the treaty still requires 2/3 vote by the Senate to be considered legal in our country?

He can't just go out tomorrow and sign a treaty giving our country to say ....a Nigerian Prince. He would still need 2/3 Senate to ratify it.

On a related topic, I haven't heard anything on the Cap & Trade Bill.

I think it's a bad idea, and it was D.O.A. as soon as it got out of Congress.

I presume the Health Care debate put Cap & Trade on the backburner. I didn't find anything on google that is current.
