    Cool. The olympic lifting for beginners looks interesting, but you mentioned he only touches on clean technique. The clean is the most interesting aspect of o-lifting for me because my left shoulder is iffy and I don't want to put it overhead in a snatch or jerk.

    Do you recommend any other videos for clean technique?

    if you can snatch, then you can clean. that is why he doesn't spend to much time on it. the pull is the same, the only difference is where you catch the bar. if you can do one, you should be able to do the other.

    have you checked out my youtube video on tips of performing the clean? that is the fastest and easiest way to do it in my opinion and i use it all the time to get people to learn the lift (in a basic sense) very quickly.
