Hey guys, this may sound like a stupid question but here goes:
Is there any difference between the way in which the body metabolises Liquid Egg Whites as opposed to Powdered Egg Whites?
Basicially, im debating whether to stop buying whole eggs and just buy the bulk egg white powder. 30g's of the powder is the quivialent to 6 eggs and its a hell of alot more convenient to throw the powder in to a sake along with some whey, rather than cracking the eggs, removing the yolk and cooking.
Thanks in advance
