hi all my name is john ,im 22 and new to the forum.

Guess i should say why i joined,

well, 6 months ago i lost my job and started gaining weight because i wasnt doing much, now im in university and im doing even less.

Im 5ft8 and when i was in work i was 11st2 now im 12st7, which im not comfortable at.

So basically id like to lose some weight at get some muscle back

what would you recommend to do for excercise/training?

I always used to do a lot of running but havent for a while.

Any advice would be much appreciated
