I wake up every morning at 7, and go with my bicycle to the gym( around 7km) and start workout at 8:30...
actually i eat my breakfast before:
1 whole egg and 5 white
2 slice of bread
1 glass of orange juice
1 banana
and after training 1 shake of whey...
I would like to know what is the best way, continu like this but the time is too short...
Or go to training on empty stomach?or add a protein shake and a carbs drink or/and banana?????
