Yes...you heard me right. I'm already lean and gthe cuts are coming in. I just want to push the envelope. I've thought of going even lower carb and upping the cardio but I don't know if that will waste muscle.
Basically, I'm one of these guys who has always been able to get pretty lean because of my genetics...but I really don't know what is needed to polish the physique at the end of a diet.
