A maintenance routine for me anyways, would be my normal routine without progressing in the weight. I'm probably going to start one for my arms in a few months. They're 17 and 16.5 inches now and that's pretty much the size I want them. I'm still going to do an arm routine, but not increase the weight. My arms will still grow a little as the reps increase for that weight, but it won't be anywhere near if I kept adding weight.
