I do it just after breakfast.. 'round 10am. Primarilly because that's what my schedule allows but even if it didn't I prefer morning workouts. Somethin' about going at the end of a long day makes me think my lifts will suffer a lack of enthusiasm, plus I love feeling pumped all day!
