I'm going on clen shortly, with T3. In the past I did'nt use a potassium supp. but this time im on a keto genic diet. Potassium gluconate seems ok, but lists dextrose as an "other" ingredient. Obviously i would be avoiding sugar, anyone there could be enough dextrose to worry about? It doesnt list the quantity. Also, is gluconate an inusulin mimicker? if potassium gluconate isn't a good supp. using clen on a keto diet, which is? there are too many variations.
