im 20 years old and decided that all the goin out and drinking isnt making my life any better and iv started to get out of shape. my friend goes to the gym on a regular basis and iv started joining in with him, im nealry 14 stone and 5'11 should i bulk and add cardio to my workout or cut then bulk when i get my bodyfat down?? help pllzzzz
