    Training with a calcium shoulder deposit

    Any advice I have a deposit in my left shoulder not ready for surgery till the end of the year, I am trying to work around it and it sucks, any exercises that keep the shoulder joint lubed up???

    No exercise in general is going to "lube up" the shoulder. To potentially "loosen" the calcium deposits in the rotator, rotate the arm in it's maximum extent in a circular range of motion. The pain you are feeling is from inflamation - so icing and ibuprofen would most likely be the best non surgicial treatments. I'm not totally sure on your condition so I really can't give you too much further advice. Calcium deposits can be associated with many injuries.

    Be smart though, consult your doctor before jumping in on any training routine.

    Had some shoulder pain so had an xray and I have a deposit in my left shoulder, had a cortisone shot and it didn't change much

    A friend of mine had a really big calcium deposit in his shoulder. His was towards the outside and looked like a horn under the skin. He never felt any pain from it but I can imagine one that deep would be awful. Hope all goes well brother.
