After getting a muscle mag at GNC for the free, I sat on my thrown and gave it a good readin'. I was reading an article about Mario Lopez's new book and a few questions an interviewer for the magazine asked, and found one answer completely fascinating. Excuse me if this is common knowledge ,but when asked about food intake before and after a workout, Lopez replied stating he eats a piece of white bread to restore Glycogen after a workout. Any of you do this? Is it legit? Better ways to accomplish this restoration of glycogen?
