Hey guys, my names Justin, Im 19 and looking to get in shape. Right now Im sitting at bout 250 pounds 6 feet tall. Around 23% body fat (according to a home test I did with a measuring tape) which seems like too little, cause then it means im About 192.5lbs lean. Im a husky guy but doesn't seem like thats right. Anyways, a bunch of my friends started really hitting the gym, now theyre getting into steriods, but for me before i do any bulking it means cutting first I guess. Im not really sure Im looking into taking anything, more just nutrition and getting a good cut routine in. Maybe taking something that will speed up the process lol
