hi everyone.i´m 38 yld many people around here have had read my post about me.

i ´m a gear user,and i a beer fan.........
all the time i´use to ask about ho to get mass.........

the last month i took a vacation in Dallas and Jacksonville. obviously i quit from the gym 18 days.......and i ate alot food..sometimes junkfood like huge WHATABURGER ,jajjajja and mexican delicious food.,
drink alot of beer. and stiill drinking beer.

now i´m on 90 kg i feel so good with this weight my coworkers girls said to me i looks better in this weight.

so the questions here is
what is my real problem. the kind of food i i use to ate, the overtraining or the rest?

u need to make a trip`around here,,,,,,,,obviously it depend which place do u visit.--------

for example if u ask the taxi driver take u to the hotel del rey there u can find thats kind of slutty hahhahahha,i go there sometimes.
