i have gained around 10 pounds in the past month and a half, by going up 250 cals every 2 weeks. i went from 2500 cals to 3250 now. i weight 221 lbs, around 15 % fat. i do not like the fat around my waist,i have cheated though(pizza, cake etc..).
what should i do to get rid of some fat,to look ok,without going on a diet.
