Been taking Testogel for 6 weeks now and have noticed increased energy levels at the gym and quick recovery periods. Question is, if I am recovering quick and feeling as if I can do more weights, running etc and train the same body part every two to three days should I? Or should I have rest?
My concern is that my motivation and determination are so high, why should I waste it? Besides Im only prescribed testogel for three months and I want to get extreme results.
Do I need to rest?
Please advise if you have the knowledge.
