Its dark humour isnt it, its the fact this poor man Lou devotes his whole life looking after what he thinks is his "disabled" friend Andy, when in reality Andy isnt really disabled and doesnt need the wheel chair and is just using him........sounds quite sad when you type it out but some of the episodes are quite funny to me.
