HI all, I am new here. Built refered me from another forum. I am a 49 YO male, been overweight all my life. Have lifted and dieted. On my 49th Birthday I decided to get on the wagon again. Started this time at 5'9' 288 pounds. I have been riding my recumbent tadpole trike about 50 miles a week. Over 1300 miles so far. I have been seeing a holistic DR since April for hormone balancing and weight loss. So far I have lost 44 pounds.
I started to lift again yesterday. And can tell I have been off the weights for a few years!
I enjoy Kayak fishing in SW florida as a hobby.
Will be looking around and maybe start a Journal
