many top athletes do yoga in conjunction with there training - does anyone here practice it on a reg basis or have done in the past
do you think it can help benifit strength training/bodybuilding or hinder gains?
are there any pros and cons of doing it along side a lifting program to reg guys like us ?
i know on yoga website they say how its good for strength and stuff but thats usually coming from someone who has not background in weights or lifting
