    I do. Especially yogurt. Helps with satiety, boosts protein and provides calcium. Plus it agrees with me.

    I use milk in my post-workout shake, and I also eat yogurt once a day. I like yogurt, but I don't care much for milk.

    I eat protein cereal with 2 cups of milk before workouts, 2 cups of milk in my protein shake, usually a 16oz glass with some peanut butter later in the day. Some days I drink more than that...
