I've taken a long lay off from lifting, not that I was all that hard core to begin with, since my wife's health went down hill this past summer. I think the last time was late May or early June. She is scheduled for more surgery 10/4/02 and hopefully this will be the last for a while (fingers crossed).
I have also somehow managed to aggravate a muscle in the lower back, very bottom just to the right of the spine, which flares up every now and then.
I really want to start again but it just doesn't seem to be at the top of the list of things for me to do like it used to be. Any suggestions would be helpful.
