I've been thinking about doing my third pin on Thursday. I think I've gotten to the point where I actually like it! Is that crazy? This is coming from someone who absolutely feared needles. I've been using 23g 1.5" pins for the glute. Will 23g 1" pins be okay for the glute, quads and delts? I think the 1.5 is way too long for the quad so I just ordered some 1" pins.
