Just saying hello......Just in the past month or 2 I have given myself the ok to come over to the "dark side" and try some gear for the first time. Been doing a shit ton of reading this past month on different forums. This seems like a good place with tons of info. I just really got back into lifting hard about 3 months ago and left my home weight set behind and joined a local gym. Down 25 lbs since then lifting heavy 5-6 days a week on usual high protein diet, low carb diet. Started at 210 and im now at 185lbs.
