I've been doing my workouts split. Upper body mon/wed - lower body tues/thurs but wanna change some things up for time. Right now I'm at the gym for two hours on upperbody days and only one on leg days. Wanna cut it down to bout an hour a day. So here's what I'm thinkin.

Upper back and shoulders-monday.
Legs and lower back Tuesday
Chest and tris Wednesday .
Biceps and deadlifts Thursday.

Is that a good split I don't know I've always done upper/lower
