Insulin is an OTC medicine that can be purchased without a prescription the majority of the time.

Check at SAMS, COSTCO, CVS, WalMart and etc

But dont be stupid with slin, it is not for beginners
 
You can order some from Canada, customs doesn't take slin. I've done so many years back, I'm not sure where to direct you....but poke around some Canadian pharm websites.
