Hello all,
Upon the advice of Muscle_girl i've decided to inhabit this board. I'm another convert from the board that Muscle_girl, Dino, W8, Butterfly et all came from. I'm seeing a TON of familar faces that i'd wondered where they went. It's great to see eveyone again, and i'm looking forward to meeting some new ones.

For those who don't know (or remember) I'm 26 years old, 5'-11" 180lbs. I've been lifting for about 3 years now but the first year was not very constructive, just me in my basement getting used to things. I'll post a pick or two in the open pic forum.
