I try not to be a hater.. but one thing I always shake my head at.. is the guy that walks off the street, takes his coat off, loads the bench with 225lbs, no warm up, barely hits it for 4, bumps it up to 275lbs, hits it for a sloppy single with terrible form, racks the weight and calls it a day for his bench. Never mind the whole time he has no spotter AND he has collars on the bar. WTF
