Started working out: Aug. 1, 2010
Work out sched: 4 to 6 days/wk., w/ weights, min. cardio
Mon. Chest/Back, Tue. Shoulders, Wed. Arms, Thurs. Legs, Fri. Circuit
Diet (last wk.) Avg. Daily Macronutrients:
Calories: 1917, Fat: 75g 19%, Carbs: 191g 48%, Protein: 130g 33%
Drugs/Alcohol: None
Smoke cigarettes: Yes (20-25/day) I know, I'm going to quit, soon.
