Howdy to all readers of my 1st forum post.
Basics about me:
52 yrs old, weight 162#'s, height 5'8", BodyFat 18.4%
Started working out: Aug. 1, 2010
Work out sched: 4 to 6 days/wk., w/ weights, min. cardio
Mon. Chest/Back, Tue. Shoulders, Wed. Arms, Thurs. Legs, Fri. Circuit
Diet (last wk.) Avg. Daily Macronutrients:
Calories: 1917, Fat: 75g 19%, Carbs: 191g 48%, Protein: 130g 33%
Drugs/Alcohol: None
Smoke cigarettes: Yes (20-25/day) I know, I'm going to quit, soon.
Appreciate comments/suggestions/feedback!

Actually Bob. Just start by quitting the butts first. Maybe exercise to relieve some withdrawl tension.
 
I knew I shouldn't have put that smoking thing in here, but hey, I put my current situation on the table. The reason I came here is to move forward w/ my journey, to do that I must be honest w/ myself, & others that will be in my court. A lot of work needs to be done, & I know that's a priority. Thank you for your comments, & look forward to more!
