So like every Sunday i trained legs today, did my squats,press, leg extensions, leg curls and then deadlifts.......i'm now laying on the sofa with a hot water bottle on the back of my right leg! yes ive damaged a hamstring in my right leg and its very painful.

I was doing deadlifts like i normally do.....nice straight back, chest out with feet in the right place and a good grip......the weight was'nt even that big (230lb's) when bang went my right how long is this going to take to heal up? any idea's?
