i'm due for a basketball competition in 2 months and i'm hoping to put on at least 7 lbs by then...are weight gainers the way to go?...from the labels they look like they're just a lot of carbs and moderate in protein content..
i'm 165 lbs, six meals a day. 180g protein per day,
train heavy (basic compound) 5 days a week..
