Sustanon and Var ???

What is to be expected if your taking 250 Sustanon every four days on a 12 week cycle... and after 6 weeks you introduce Var at 60 mg/day... while finishing the Sustanon you continue with the Var for 6 weeks by it's self?

What are the benefits?
Will it help you with getting cut and keeping your gains?

To keep T blood plasma levels high and more consistant do half a shot of sus every other day to utilize the shorter acting esters, mainly the prop. Instead of running the var the last 6 weeks, start it earlier and extend it 3 weeks past the sus. Because sus has T deconate ull need to wait 3 weeks to start your PCT(u can use HCG before if u have it). Var by itself may help a little with keeping gains, but by running the 2 together for a longer duration will give u more gains, so that the bit that u lose, i believe, would still leave u with an overall higher net gain. I wouldn't expect a lot of fat loss from the var, but more of a quality of muscle(density, hardness, striation)
