Is it possible to get to 10% BF just dieting and exercising?

That is my goal, but I'm not willing to take any kind of drugs, only the usual supplements (whey protein, BCAA, etc)
What is your experience? Will I get to a muscular 10% bodyfat that way?

Yes 10% is not too difficult. It is the 6-8% that will really challenge you.

Right now I'm 19%. Obviously I'll try to go as far as I can. For the first time in my life (and thanks to everybody in this forum) I'm being constant with diet and exercise for the last 3 months. I guess I need the motivation to believe I can achieve that goal

you will get to 10% if you dial in your diet just not as fast if you used a little extra help.

Yes. If you have a solid diet, workout, etc. it should not be that big of an issue.

id say you can be 10% naturaly easily too,ive been around 10% give or take a couple of % for a few years mainly because i do alot of fighter conditioning training aswell as lifting weights, admittidly in 12-13% now because im on a bulking diet and gained 15lbs in 9 months but hopfuly il be top of my weight class and around 10-11% in a few months (being lower bf looks good but just not practical for me)
