if your diets cal,fat,pro,carbs are all on par does it matter WHAT you eat...
i just want to eat meat lol
It doesn't matter much, but it does matter. Hit your minimums for protein and fat, eat some veggies and get in some fibre. Don't eat transfats and limit fructose and vegetable oil consumption. The rest all comes down to preferences and filling up the remaining calories.
