basicly my curent routine has me training 1 hour 15 mins to 1 hour 30 mins due to the type of program....
i heard somehwere that taking in fast carbs (like dextrose) intra workout blunts cortisal dramatically, is this true? if it is how many grams would be recomended? plan to take it around 45 min mark....
