Ok, so I just bought a box of packets of Stevia because I have seen where most of you guys use it to sweeten things. I'm just curious, is this just the "lesser of evils" type thing? or is this product totally okay. It seems to be. Is it safe? I try to stay away from aspartame and sacchrine (deadly..puke)....I was thinking about using this in a protein shake to add some flavor. What do ya'll think? What else is it good with? Thanks.
