what do you think about dual-pulley lat machines? Are those better, worse or same as regular?

I'm new to forum, so I still can't give you any links, but search Google Images for "dual-pulley lat" and you'll see what I mean in first images you see...

In my gym they now have HumanSport Lat Pull (you can easily Google it too , so I'm thinking about should I better use that one or regular lat machine in general workout.
