    Doug's transformation challenge

Hey everyone, new to the forum

    Age: 26
Years experience: 7 years vigorous lifting
    Weight: 207 (fluctuates daily)
    Height: 5'11
    Arms: 17.75"
    Chest: 41"
    Hips: 41"
    Waist: 36"
    Thighs: 24"
    Calves: 16.5"
    Forearms: 13"
    Shoulders: 50"
    Neck: 16"

    Goals:
    1. Reduce chest fat (last place I lose fat so this means lose as much fat as possible.
    2. Gain muscle (forearms and bicep peak is lacking)
    3. Combine these goals to really start to see some striations and that 6 pack
    4. Win

I am hoping that this competition I'll help me force some habits upon myself that i may normally let go.

I will send pics in tomorrow followed by some lifting stats and diet/supplement info.

Thanks and good luck to all.
    Doug

Thanks bran. I Definately need to start leaning out.

I'm feeling extremely lethargic today with a headache. Not sure what's up. I didn't think my calories were under 2000 so not sure why I'm feeling this way.

Skipped working out yesterday as everything was crazy sore still. So I will be hitting chest again after work today.

So far diet has been ok it could definately be better. Breakfast and lunch are under control, sometimes dinner can be random for me especially after lifting.

Below is my nutrient count of my Homemade bars. I'm eating close to 3 a day and thinking I may need to cut back but they are so good. I'm using the anabolic cooking recipe on youtube...the fudge bars really do taste awesome (I divide them into 10 bars not 5 though, they are crazy at 600 cals)

    Calories 301.6 Protein (g)27.18 Fat (g)11.79 sodium (mg)110.31 Carbs (g)23.58 Sugar (g)7.89 Glutamine (g)3.2 BCAA (g)4.4

My Breakfast this week has only been 4 eggs and 2 pieces of whole grain toast. I'm having trouble getting up to 6 eggs again. I may take my b12 shot today to help with the hunger issue.

Weight has gone up, approx 209lbs consistently for 2 mornings.

Weight is floating around the same of 207-210.

Shoulder's Today after work. (slight pain in my

I upped the DMZ to 3 pills yesterday all equally spaced 8 hours, (6am, 2pm, 10pm). We'll see how it works.

    Stats update

    Arms: 17.75"
    Chest: 42" =+1
    Hips: 41"
    Waist: 36"
    Thighs: 24"
    Calves: 16.5"
    Forearms: 13"
    Shoulders: 50"
    Neck: 16"

No Change at all, chest is up an inch and not sure why. Maybe I'm carrying some water weight.

Weight is still the same this morning around 208. I really expected some waist reduction since I'm maintaining the same weight while on the Super-DMZ. I guess another week will tell.

Ok it's been a while. Weighed in at 218 this morning, so I've gained 11lbs in 3 weeks. I will measure everything tomorrow morning to see where my dimensions are. Definately holding some water from the DMZ but lifts are up. Also this is 11lbs while eating fairly lean minus the weekends. Only alchohol consumption has been red wine here and there.

Finally got my egg whites from Eggwhiteinternational and have been making some 50g protein shakes with half whey and half egg whites. Holds me over in the morning till around 9:30 if i add a bowl of gronola or oats.

I will update much more tomorrow just wanted to throw this in there for now. Maybe i'll add some pics.

I am super interested in knowing how you are doing with the super DMZ since I am taking innovation LAbs version called 13-DMZ (has both compounds in it). I am also up a little in weight in 2 weeks, havent weighed in tho in a week.

    STARTING POINT
    Weight: 207 (fluctuates daily)
    Height: 5'11
    Arms: 17.75"
    Chest: 41"
    Hips: 41"
    Waist: 36"
    Thighs: 24"
    Calves: 16.5"
    Forearms: 13"
    Shoulders: 50"
    Neck: 16"

    3 WEEKS INTO TRANSFORMATION
    Weight: 216 (fluctuates daily)
    Height: 5'11
    Arms: 17 7/8" (not pumped)
    Chest: 42"
    Hips: 41"
    Waist: 37"
    Thighs: 24 1/4"
    Calves: 16.5"
    Forearms: 13 1/4"
    Shoulders: 52"
    Neck: 16"

Hello shoulders.... All of my other stats are remaining fairly close. Small growth in my arms but still not much more on the bi's, my tri's really over power. Holding some weight in the waist with a 1" gain there as well. I would like to get this below 34".

So not sure why the growth in the shoulders, I always measure the same and every once in a while use the same instructional videos incase I've changed positions over time.

Last week of DMZ, diet this week will be killer. Still unsure about DMZ except the fact that my strength is definately up (5x405 on smith bench) vs the 3-4x385 a few weeks ago. I feel like I can keep adding weight to tri pull downs and keep very good form still. Obviously the shoulder gain has got me suprised and will take some pics this week to see if theres a diff, can't complain about 2 inches in shoulders. Could also have to do with maybe some upper chest gains? Not sure.

    Thanks peeps,
    Doug

Ok have to say buying the eggs whites was the best supplement I've bought in a long time. So easy to do like 6 egg whites and one scoop of whey. Then eat some gronola or something and breakfast is done.

Also thinking of running the dmz and extra week (5 weeks) since I really started to feel it last week I would like an extra week. Any opinions, I'm on 3 a day.

Couple pics from earlier this week. Not seeing too much of a difference but definately put on some weight from the Super-DMZ. I am extending one more week (5 weeks). Then will begin cardio ahhhhh oh how I hate thee.. I would put my weight but I just ate King crab, steak and shrimp for mothers day and might break my scale.

    Night everybody

Wow 223lbs this morning. I've gained 16lbs in 4 weeks. I'm really looking for some good ideas to incorporate some cardio. I feel there's almost no way to get me to go to the gym soley to run lol...

Diet is great during the week but slip very far away on the weekends. Only alcohol consumed as still be red wine, no beer or liqour.
