I strained or pulled something in my outer chest today, went all out on bench and paid for it. My question is, is there anything I can take to help with the healing? Obviously I'm taking a break from the majority exercises that cause irritation, but what else can I do? I'm on week 5 of my 10 week prop cycle so I'm a little disapointed with the setback. Thanks also, pain is located between outer chest and shoulder
